How to cure razor bumps on face? (not from shaving,from getting haircuts and shape up)? - cure razor bumps

These bumps are not stung, because I do not shave ... are sections of hair and way to get to my hairdresser ... There are many small points south only on the right side of my face from my right eye .. They dont burning, itching and sometimes not very good ... Alcohol and sometimes in the antibiotic ointment (recommended by my mother), but it seems to work ... Help What can I do to cure ... thx
