What exercises increase my punching/kicking speed? - resistance tube exercises

So far, I punch with weights and I Shadowbox with an expander (tube resistance) I'm using weightted ball and play ball in essence .. throw the ball hard and too .. I other exercises with shoulder-ball.I other weightted clap push-ups a lot. Which of these exercises, also good for increasing speed and what are they good? also what other exercises can help to speed up my kicks and punches ...
