Fitness Magazine Home Cardio Without A Machine?

Cardio without a machine? - fitness magazine home

I try a bit of weight for the wedding of my sister to lose in three to four months. Because we have a machine, I wonder what would have good ideas for the heart I'm in my room? Right now I'm at the end of three days per week in a fitness routine Seventeen magazine house, but it requires some form of cardiovascular exercise, and I live in the middle of a snowstorm that closes everything. Ideas?

Jogging on the spot

Skipping rope (with or without rope)

Climbing

"Kick Butt (as his kick instead of jogging in high heels and try to sit back, do so at a rapid pace.)

Step-up (you can use any chair)

Squat jump

Jump Start

is the mixing and various types of heart. Even if you increase your heart rate account!

Kickboxing is another good alternative. Not much space and equipment. Here are some examples of movements with video tutorials on iVillage. http://www.expertvillage.com/video-serie ...

Kickboxing is great because it really is your heart rate is through the involvement of key muscle groups. You can burn more calories in a short period, for example, appear on the site, or aerobics. You can also the intensity of the light holes harder / to step over / under, etc.

Try it out. And a lot of fun at the wedding!
