Today while I was taking a shower, I was ice my naked body in the mirror and my areolas their normal oval shape when I left the shower, I wrapped my towel my halo and i never did seem larger oval. Is it rare? Or was it simply the heat of my shower, that this has caused? Happens to you?

You can only for the warmth of the shower and steam were. Personally, I do not think that's a big problem. But if you do not, call your doctor and ask if there is such "behavior" normal.
